Capt. Ivan Klugman is the founder and President of Integral Aviation Solutions Inc. A retired airline Captain with 35 years of wide-body international experience, he has led aircraft acquisitions, VVIP completions, and asset management projects for governments, royal families, and corporate clients across four continents. His direct operational background — as both a seasoned airline captain and a aviation business executive — gives IAS clients an advisor who understands aviation from the flight deck to the boardroom.
Michael Bonventre is an FAA-appointed International Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR-T), one of a select group of professionals authorized to issue FAA airworthiness certificates on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration for export and import transactions worldwide. With 37 years of aviation experience as an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic for both rotary and fixed-wing military and civilian aircraft, Michael brings unmatched technical depth to every IAS engagement.
He served 8 years as a final assembly, first flight, and flight development inspector with a major aircraft manufacturer, and has spent the last 16 years as a technical consultant for airlines and commercial aircraft leasing companies — importing, exporting, and obtaining ferry permits while working with Air Authorities in the United States and abroad.
IAS maintains a vetted network of aviation professionals — maintenance technicians, avionics specialists, legal counsel, and local regulatory experts — across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This network enables us to provide on-the-ground representation wherever our clients' aircraft are located.
